Echoes at the Nest began as a collection of poems about motherhood.
As the poems unfolded, I found myself writing about more than that — about children finding who they are, about mothers rediscovering themselves, about grown daughters understanding their mothers, about daughters becoming mothers themselves, and mothers becoming grandmothers — a thread that connects generations.
Some poems are unsent letters. Some are conversations. Some are quiet reflections.
Together, they explore the wonder of new beginnings, the challenges of growing together, the courage of letting go, and the echoes that remain long after roles begin to change.
At its heart, this collection is a reflection on love, identity, belonging, and the ways we continue to find ourselves and one another through time.
